For general support and billing queries
Parents and students can reach the Customer Support team in one of the following ways:
Use the Owl Icon in the bottom left corner of the screen to start an online chat (you can at any point request to speak to a human)
Submit a support request by completing the form on the Contact Us page: https://cambrilearn.com/contact-us

For Premium Package student support, and to access direct chat with your teacher
Students on the Premium package can reach a teacher by clicking on the Owl Icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
Click on 'Messages'.
Your teachers will appear in the list as open conversations for any active Premium package courses you have.
For assistance with SMOWL or proctoring issues, follow these steps:
Click on the owl chatbot icon (bottom right of the screen).
Type the word 'proctoring'.
Then type your query.
If you prefer to email, be sure to include the word 'proctoring' in the email subject line.
All SMOWL and proctoring queries will be directed to a human agent for assistance.
