On the Premium package, Q&A sessions are held once a week per subject so it can be very helpful to make use of the chat function between sessions. This article will take you through using the chat.
Wherever you are on the site, you’ll see a little green button in the corner called ASK A QUESTION. This is where you start a new conversation, and where all your existing conversations live.
If you click on “ASK A QUESTION”, a little box will pop up with your list of conversations. Click on a conversation with a teacher to continue it. Teacher responses will also be delivered to your registered email address for convenience.
At any point, if you want to close the chat, you can click on the X.
At any point, if you want to go back to your chat inbox, you can click on the back arrow. You can also click the back arrow again to access our Help Centre, where more help articles like this one can be found. Teachers aim to respond to messages as promptly as possible, though response times may vary. Parents can also use the messaging system to contact teachers. Messages sent by parents are visible to the student, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
